My dog is very anxious, especially around loud noises, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in his behavior. He seems much calmer overall. The biggest change became noticeable toward the end of the bag, but the results were definitely worth it.
Within a week of using I am noticing a difference in my dogs reactivity to other dogs and his calmness when the dynamics of the house change which is HUGE. This is the only difference weve implemented into his day so i contribute to this product
Its only been a few days that we have given our 3 dogs this. I do know that you should be prepared for the most disgusting smell from this product that you have EVER smelled in your life. My husband wants me to call Native to find out if it is safe for our pets. I have a hard time opening the bag and giving it to them. They do eat it mixed with their meals. We also use their calming treats and the daily vitamin powder.
I initially bought this on a whim to see if it could help my GSD with her general anxiety a bit. To be honest, I didn't think this would have much effect since I didn't have any luck with any of the other anxiety-relief supplements on the market. To my surprise, my dog was visibly calmer during the day to the point where my parents were concerned she was sick. I started the first bag in the early fall when the weather was nicer. I've now bought my second bag so it will be interesting to see if the effect still holds going into the really cold winter months when I'm not able to take my dog out for as long as she's used to. If nothing else, my dog really seems to enjoy the taste so I'll keep going through bags as long as she likes the supplement!

Love this product ,after 2 weeks I could start to see a change in our very anxious lab. By the end of bag it was very noticeable. Instead of jumping and slamming us the minute we walked in the door, he now greets us with the cute lab butt wiggle with a toy in mouth. 😊

GutWell is already packed with the right probiotic strains for targeted calming benefits, so there’s no need to double up if you are already giving your dog a probiotic for anxiety. Think of it as an upgrade to your dog’s current probiotic routine! However, if you are giving your dog a probiotic for overall gut health or for health goals other than behavioral health, you can give your dog both GutWell and their current probiotic. Just be careful not to combine two GutWell products or a product very high in fiber with GutWell to avoid tummy troubles.
