If your product is unopened and in good condition, we'd love for you to share it with a friend, a neighbor, or your local shelter. Their dogs will thank you.
Please do not donate any product that is damaged, expired, or opened — we want to make sure shelter pups only get the good stuff.
Just email us at info@nativepet.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
We do keep track of refund requests to make sure this policy stays fair for everyone.
If your order shows up damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — let us know right away at info@nativepet.com and we'll make it right.
