If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we'll give you a full refund. No return shipping, no hassle, no questions asked.

Why Don't We Do Returns?

Shipping products back and forth isn't just costly — it creates unnecessary waste. We'd rather keep things simple and keep the planet a little cleaner. If your product is unopened and in good condition, we'd love for you to share it with a friend, a neighbor, or your local shelter. Their dogs will thank you.

Please do not donate any product that is damaged, expired, or opened — we want to make sure shelter pups only get the good stuff.

How to Request a Refund

Just email us at info@nativepet.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

We do keep track of refund requests to make sure this policy stays fair for everyone.

Something Arrive Damaged?

If your order shows up damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — let us know right away at info@nativepet.com and we'll make it right.

Exceptions

Gift cards are non-refundable.
