Instructions read: 1 scoop per 50 lbs of dog weight, ex 15 lb dog gets 1 scoop. This math makes no sense, a 15 lb dog should only get 1/3 of a scoop. I have a 3 lb dog so please update your instructions bc if I were to give her 1/3 of a scoop she will probably end up with GI issues.

The serving size is indeed 1 scoop per 50lbs of dog weight. In other words, all dogs between 1 and 50lbs can have 1 scoop per day. For smaller dogs, like yours, we do recommend easing into the full serving size by starting with a smaller portion and gradually increasing as needed. This approach helps ensure your dog adjusts comfortably.

My dog suffers from food and environmental allergies, but we recently learned that health starts in the gut so we started adding a few supplements to our daily feeding routine! I only use companies I can trust and use as few ingredients as possible to keep the quality of the product up. We love this stuff- makes a good “broth” as a food topper or pupcicle!
My dog has had digestion and anal gland issues his entire life. A few years ago I added this supplement to his breakfast and after a few weeks all of his issues went away. I add a little warm water onto his food and it makes a broth that he goes crazy for. Our Probiotic Powder formula is carefully crafted to provide long-term gut support with a combination of prebiotics (Pumpkin and Inulin) and probiotics (4 probiotic strains). What makes our Probiotic Powder different is the combination of probiotics and the amount of probiotics (6 Billion CFUs per scoop), which are targeted to provide long-term gut health. Most of our competitors include 4 Billion CFUs of probiotics or less. Also, because it is in powder form, it is easy to serve and does not require any heat in the manufacturing process, which preserves the integrity of the probiotic strains.
We recommend one scoop for every 50lbs of body weight. A 10lbs dog would receive one scoop. A 40lbs dog would receive one scoop. A 60lbs dog would receive two scoops. We always recommend easing into the full serving size during the first week. Sprinkle over food at mealtime, or mix well with water and serve immediately, since the probiotics activate as soon as they encounter moisture. When mixing with water, add 0.5 TBSP to 1/8 cup of water, or 1 TBSP of powder to 1/4 cup of water.
